Lockheed Martin, an American aerospace industry invited students to consider a career in the aerospace industry. Space Day is celebrated on the 2nd of May every year. The main reason is to inculcate the thirst to learn about space and the final frontier.
Space holds hundreds of secrets yet to be known to us. Many believe that there may be some extra terrestrials too. Till to date, many space expeditions have taken place and continue to do so.
Children must be encouraged to visit a local library or planetarium to garner more about this wonderful vast emptiness that we call space.
Our country India has made inroads and we shall be sending our second astronaut by the end of May! And the day isn't as far as exploring Mars in the near future.
